Christmas Fun

We had lots of fun in the run up to Christmas. We did lots of art activities and decorated the classroom with our lovely work. We also had a Christmas jumper day and sang lots of songs at Christmas Karaoke. We even had a very special visitor to our class.

Autumn is well and truly here. We used autumnal colours and a cotton bud to recreate the pointillism technique. We gathered leaves from around and used them to make leaf prints using the same colours of red, orange, yellow and brown. We know these colours in Irish too dearg, oráiste, buí agus donn.
