STEM activities

Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) activities are all the rage in our class at the moment. We really enjoy working together to build the strongest bridges or the tallest towers using lolly sticks, clothes pegs and plastic glasses.

Autumn is well and truly here. We used autumnal colours and a cotton bud to recreate the pointillism technique. We gathered leaves from around and used them to make leaf prints using the same colours of red, orange, yellow and brown. We know these colours in Irish too dearg, oráiste, buí agus donn.
